Keyword Research Doesn’t Have to be Confusing if You Use the Right Tools
Whether you’re creating new web pages, doing search engine optimization or setting up an online marketing campaign, keyword research is generally where you start your endeavors. After using various software to find good keywords, whether for myself or for my clients, I’ve found that it’s often confusing how to make sense of what I’ve found.
When I started out on the internet, I did all my research manually on Google and the other search engines. Then I broke down and bought Keyword Elite. I loved this software. No monthly costs what so ever. Keyword Elite has done me well over the years.
I still use Keyword Elite for figuring out my PPC campaigns. That’s where it excels. But as I took on clients, I felt like I needed the services offered by more sophisticated services to dig deeper and find the profitable long-tail phrases and LSI keywords.
Did I want to pay WordTracker or NicheBot? I settled on Keyword Results Analyzer.
KRAPro works well for me. I can import my keyword lists (including LSI theme words) from NicheBot directly into the program. Then I can remove all the duplicate words and phrases. This is a feature that saves me time for sure. But more importantly….
KRAPro lets you make “site blueprints”. In other words, it creates a website skeleton for you that includes the main keyword of each page and then tells you what theme keywords should be included on each page to get the highest search engine rankings.
When you’re writing each page you can use the built in “keyword spider” that Colin McDougall raved about to write your pages to rank high in Google and the other search engines. KRAPro really is the handiest tool I’ve found to not only organize my keyword lists but to design the structure of my websites and clients sites.
KRAPro allows you to export the entire blueprint into a text file that you can use or submit to a client that describes all the pages in a site with the main keyword you will use for each page and the theme words that will be included in the content of the page to attract the search engines and improve your rankings.
This software will also allow you to export this information into html files and begin your site development and design. This is especially helpful when starting a website from scratch. Andy Williams, the developer of this product is another one who understands what an internet marketer needs to do their business quickly and efficiently.
If it seems like I’m promoting these products, I am… Any tools that can aid you in overcoming the confusion of keyword research and save you time and effort, I’m for….
