Web Content Studio | A Review of Dr Andy Williams’ New Content Writing Tool
Anyone that has read my blog for any length of time knows that I’m a fan of Dr. Andy Williams (of EzSeoNews) and his awesome software… Well, Andy has done it again with his Web Content Studio software. This isn’t a simple content writing software, no, it’s a powerful software suite to aid you in researching and writing your articles and web content…
One of the things that I like about Andy is that not only is he a known SEO expert and a respected internet marketer, which is why his software is so powerful and pertinent to internet marketers, but he was a teacher as a profession and he has a wonderful way of explaining the marketing world online.
Before Web Content Studio, I had a battery of software at my fingertips to rely on for my keyword research, online search engine research, and content writing for articles and website pages… those of you who know me know that I used KRA Pro for my keyword research and analysis, and sometimes Keyword Elite, Dr Andy’s Internet Search Browser for content research and Jason Potash’s Content Composer for writing my web content…
Web Content Studio Enters the Scene and Steals the show
Using a number of different software to write my articles has changed recently… You know, it’s a pain in the A__ to switch back and forth between software just to research keywords, content and write an article or web page. Dr. Andy’s Web Content Studio is the software suite that has changed all that for me.
Web Content Studio is an all-in-one software for writing content… It certainly takes the hassle out of researching keywords and content for your articles. This is a suite of research and analysis tools along with a WYSIWYG editor for writing your articles…
What this allows you to do is write high quality, themed articles with the keywords that Google expects to find in web pages written about your niche. This gives you an advantage, even in highly competitive niches and allows your web pages to rank higher in the Search Engine Results pages… the aim is to get on page one so that you get noticed and more traffic comes to your website.
What Does Web Content Studio Consist Of?

A Keyword Spider to Find Themed Keywords
First of all, there is a keyword spider that goes out on Google and finds the most used, theme keywords, 2,3 and 4 keyword phrases of the top websites in your niche or topic. Anyone who has been following what’s been going on over the years with Google knows that they have incorporated Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) into their ranking algorithms and expects to see certain words in webpages that are related to the topic or niche…
So if you are going to get ranked high in Google for your keywords and phrases, the content has to contain certain words that Google expects to find that are related to your keywords. Dr Andy Williams calls this themeing or writing themed content. Writing themed articles makes the search engines index your pages faster and they rank them higher… hopefully on page one of the SERPS. I don’t have enough space on this page to fully explain this but Andy has written a pdf on this subject that you can download for free called Google Authority Sets.
Once you have these keywords, you use the “Check Theme Words Against Top 10″ tool to narrow down the keyword list to the best themed keywords that other webmasters have used to obtain top 10 rankings and you will use when writing your article or web content. These are then imported into the WYSIWYG content editor. As you write your article, you can then check the density and prominence of each keyword as you go…
Experts in any niche who write high quality content use relevant, niche-sensitive words and phrases as they write their authority site articles to get higher rankings. For any search phrases (especially as they get more competitive in the niche market you’re targeting), the higher ranked pages are better themed around the most relevant keywords and keyphrases.
A Web Content Research Tool
Once you have your keywords and phrases, the research tool is a browser that you can use to look up the top websites for your keywords and capture some of the better content and ideas on those sites using the “grabber tool” to a “scratchpad” that is provided within the software…
The scratchpad is where you keep all your notes and ideas about how your article is going to be constructed. The Article Editor – A WYSIWYG Tool for Writing Content
On to writing the actual article or web content that you are writing for your niche… In the Web Content Studio tool, you do this with the editor. This editor can be used in one of three ways… You can use the WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor, write the content in HTML (or source code) or edit in plain text. 
Either way you render your content, you can switch from one mode to the other. I prefer using the WYSIWYG editor, but you might feel more at home in one of the other two modes. As you write, you can check the article with the “reports” tool to see how you are doing with keyword density and prominence. You can also use the reports tool to see how your are doing as far as themeing your keywords…
If all is going well, when you finish, you should have a well themed, high quality article that should receive the search engine’s highest rankings in the niche that you are targeting…
Why I Suggest Web Content Studio as an Content Writer
The nice thing about Web Content Studio is that it is an all-in-one article writing suite that quickly takes you from researching your articles and keywords to writing and editing the final article… Once the article is completed, you can analyze it for keyword density, prominence, themeing and theme quality. You can also check your article against the top ten sites on Google’s SERPs so you can figure out how your article might rank once it’s posted to the web.
If you want to make the process of article and content writing a breeze this might be the software for you… The day that I downloaded and installed Web Content Studio, I was at my day job… I read the manual during my morning break and during lunch I researched and wrote two articles… Because of the themed content in these articles, they were both indexed within 25 minutes and were ranking on the first page of Google for the main keyword phrase… These are results I can live with.
